ALICE IN CHAINS, BLEEDING THROUGH Confirmed For U.K.’s DOWNLOAD Festival
According to Virtual Festivals, ALICE IN CHAINS, SIKTH, THE ALL-AMERICAN REJECTS, ALEXISONFIRE, BLEEDING THROUGH, and ENGERICA are the latest acts confirmed for this year’s Download festival, which organizers say is selling faster than any previous event…
The three-day rock festival takes place at Castle Donington, Leicestershire, England over the weekend of June 9-11.
Now in its fourth year, Download 2006 promises to be one of the very best, with heavyweights TOOL, METALLICA, and GUNS ‘N ROSES headlining. Also confirmed are TRIVIUM, BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE, FUNERAL FOR A FRIEND, THE PRODIGY, KORN, DEFTONES, ARCH ENEMY, INME, and many many more with lots still to come.
Download 2006 is officially the fastest selling year of the festival since its inception in 2003.
Tickets are on-sale now, priced at £115 for the weekend or £135 with parking and camping. They are expected to sell out early.
